When you charge your vehicle is important! Southern Pine must be able to not only generate the average amount of power needed on any given day, but also to meet members’ power needs when demand is at its highest. Charging during our off peak hours will help manage the peak demand for power, which is more expensive during those times when you and your neighbor are using the most electricity.


It’s best NOT to charge your vehicle during peak hours, which are between 5am-9am & 2pm-6pm.
